Q.  Can more than one hand held transmitter be programmed to my remote control unit?

A.  Yes.  In Fact with all the  receivers we use in our units, up to 10 hand held transmitters can be programmed to your remote at the same time.  So it is nice to have an extra transmitter or so  to leave in the boat or have a spare.

Q. Is the hand held transmitter waterproof?

A. Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide a waterproof transmitter, so be careful around the water with your transmitter. However, our new key chain transmitters are  highly water resistant.

Q. What is your return policy?

A.  The full version is in the policies section, but to state the policy as short as possible, if you are not satisfied for any reason in the first 30 days simply pay the freight and return the product for a full refund.

Q.  Can I install the remote control unit myself?

A.  We have made the installation very simple with our design so most anyone can install our units.  However, please check with your local codes to see if installation by yourself is permitted. 

Q.  Is overload protection provided with your units?

A.  No, overload protection (usually a GFCI) must be provided by the installer.
